Selwyn United Football Club fields junior and senior teams from Foster Park, Rolleston. Formed in 2013 from the merger of Ellesmere FC and Rolleston FC, it is one of the fastest-growing football clubs in Canterbury, with senior sides competing in the Mainland/Southern League.
